I am so shocked you give me this target price. It's quite lower than our factory's cost price.Please do trust lower prices are always with reasons, we are all factories in China, we should not have so big price difference, in order to find out the reasons (I think you are also very interested), I would love to offer you the help with my professional product knowledge and experience:
1. You can try to collect the samples from us then you can find out the reasons by yourself.
2. Quicker Way: you can ask your supplier to send the samples to our forwarder's warehouse (As our factory address would make them hesitated), I promise I will compare the samples in the fair way and give you the report.

If you comparing the price, you could always find any more cheaper price. But you know it very clearly that the price is directly proportional to the quality and service, just like you can buy a BMW car by Toyota price. If possible, pls told us your target price or budget, so that we could recheck the cost for you.

I'm sorry that we don't have any stock, all of our products are customized per different requirements from our customers. 
If you have interest in custom products, but have some difficulties in designs, we have designer team to support and providing professional packaging solution for you.  

As our products are customized, generally our MOQ is 500pcs for each item.

Yes, we can help to support your business and accept lower MOQ of 200 or 300pcs, but the price will be higher, hope you can understand. Could you advise what quantity you required? Then we can work out the price for your checking.

Sure, that's OK, for our existed sample, it would be free for you. For custom sample, you may need pay the sample charge

The sampling cost we offer is based on offset printing. Is there a possibility that the other supplier quoted you with digital printing? If you can accept digital printing, sampling fee can be **. There will be color difference compared with production as they are different printing technique.

Yes we can provide you free white mock-up samples, but you'll need to pay for the freight cost.
If you need custom sample, there'll be sample cost, but we can refund you $100 ($200) samples cost when the total amount of your orders reaches $10,000 ($20,000).

The sample cost is high due to the set up cost of printing and molding. In order to provide the high quality sample which can be same as mass production, the procedure of the custom sample will be almost the same as bulk, we'll need to printing with the offset printing machine, it's very big machine and the set up cost of the printing machine is very high. Please contact me,  i will find the photo of our printing machine as attached for your reference. 
If you want to lower the sample cost, we can also offer the digital samples for your approval. But the color might be a little difference in mass production because the printing method is different. The sample cost for digital sample is USD..., is it workable for you?

Depen on you want the order been ship to where. If ship via SEA, normally it would take about 30 days to USA/Canada, about 35 days to EU

If you are not strict about the color of the sample, we suggest making a digital sample, so that we can finish the sample within 3 days.

Sample lead-time:
Working days: 5-7, Natual days: 7-10 days
For some special or urgent order,We'll try as the best to speed up the whole process and meet your timelines

but best delivery date is 20 days. You know it's puzzle product, The material needs sufficient time for dehumidification to avoid the risk of mold. We want to deliver perfect products to you, hope you can understand. We will make our great effort to delivery the goods to you earlier.

Generally the production leadtime is about 20~25 days, if the quantity is big or the product is complicated, we'll need a few more days for production. 
But if you have some urgent projects, we will further check the actual production situation, take it as a special order and try our best to reduce the production leadtime for you.

As per our company policy, customers with an annual order volume of at least USD 500,000 are eligible for deposit-free transactions and can make payments on a monthly basis. Appreciated your understanding.

Thanks for your always cooperation and support.  Generally we need deposit before production. This is company policy. Hope you can understand this situation. 
However, considering our pleasant and continuous cooperation, I will try to talk with my boss about this and get back to you as soon as possible.

Generally speaking, we recommend using TT for first-time cooperation. If LC is a must, 30% deposit TT + balance LC at sight is requested. We don't recommend doing DP.

We accept folliwing payment medthods:
1、T/T payment(Telegraphic Transfer： 30% deposit at order, balance against shipping documents), addictional handle fee for each payment:USD5-USD35
2、Pay through Alibaba (Alibaba Trade Assurance order: 2% addictional handle fee）
3、Paypal (Sample Order amount less than USD300), Order amount over USD500: Extra 8% handling fee

Please note our payment term is 30% deposit at order , 70% balance payment before shipment delivery.

Normally it would be FOB price, but if you need, we also could give you EXW price or CIF price or DDP price.

EXW is the price term, 
It is the unit value of the product itself, not including the shipping rates,tariffs or other extra cost.

Yes, we can provide our internal inspection report before delivery. But if you need inspection report of 3rd party, you'll need to pay for the inspection cost. Hope you can understand.

Yes, if there is any product issue after received the order, pls feel free to contact us

Normally our other customers will order pre-production samples before the mass goods. After you approve the pre-production samples, we will produce according to the pre-production samples. During the production process, we will have internal QC to check the raw materials/printing color/surface treatment/product structure/packaging. After the completion of production, you can arrange a third-party inspection company to inspect the goods to ensure that the quality of the mass goods is consistent with the pre-production sample you have approved.

Sorry we can't support drop shipping.

Now the freight is a bit high, we work with different shipping agents,they always offering the best Marketing freights, we'll check with more forwarders to see if we can get a better freight later.
Do you have someone who can assist you on shipping? If so, we can offer EXW only and your forwarder agent help to pick up goods from our factory.

Please let us know the specific time you need to receive the goods. If it's urgent, will you consider ship part of the goods by air first , and ship the rest goods by sea? In addition to some unavoidable factors, we will definitely deliver the goods within the specified delivery time. The transportation time is provided by the freight forwarding company for reference only. However, we will follow up the progress of goods transportation every day, so that you can receive the goods as soon as possible.

The shipping cost by sea is the most economic way, we'll further check with more forwarders about the freight cost and get back to you. BTW, when do you need to receive the goods? Because some shipping lines that may be cheaper, but the shipping time will be longer. Is that workable for you?

As this is our first cooperation, per the policy of our company, the payment term should be 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment delivery. We can apply better payment terms for you if we have more orders in the future. Thanks for your kind understanding.

Sure, we have professional shipping department and reliable forwarders with long-term cooperation, so we can provide shipping service like DDP air or DDP sea service for our customers;

All goods will be checked by QC before shipping. The goods will not be shipped until we got "YES" from QC department. If there is quality issue after receiving the goods, considering the high international transportation fee, we suggest to refund the amount of defected products or produce more in next order to refill the last order and give some extra.

Sorry for the color difference between printing sheet and the artwork. As you might know, the printing color will not match 100% compared with artwork in computer, because the printing color will be affected by different paper materials. 
As there's no real sample or color proof for reference, we will judge the saturation of the color according to the CMYK value of the document during printing process. 
So if you have strict requirement for the printing color, it'll be helpful if you can send us the real sample or color proof or pantone# to follow the colors while printing. If you cannot offer all of these, we can print a digital proof for your approval before printing. Is that okay for you?

Sincerely sorry for the damaged goods. The carton boxes we used for delivery is the A=A export cartons. But it seemed this standard is not strong enough for current order during delivery. We will change the carton boxes with 5 layers K=K which is higher level than A=A for our future orders. And we will also reduce the packing quantity of each carton, which means less GW, to avoid carton damage during transportation. For the damaged goods of current order, could you please help to check the quantity of defective goods? Can we produce more in next order to refill and give you some extra?

May I know why you don't need these products? 
1. We just received your deposit and haven't arrange production yet, we can refund you the deposit. But as the products can be customized, we can help to create new designs or different structions of the box per your requirements. 
2. The products are in the process of production, if you need to cancel this order, there'll be some costs caused. Attached, please find some photos of the semi-finished products for your reference. We really hope you can continue the order to avoid extra lost. 
3. The goods are ready, and there is no quality issues, so you need to bear all the cost for the goods, please kindly understanding.
